He is survived by: his wife Jan Derksen; his sons, Michael and Daniel (Emily Derksen); and his grandchildren, Bram, Bryce, Maeve, Olivia, Quinn Derksen, Griffon Pointer and Yukon. He is also survived by grandfather to his 5 grandchildren.
