He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia L. Holtzman (Loshbough). He is survived by: his children, Brad Holtzman of Lakewood, CO and Amber Weaver (Holtzman) of Walden, CO; his wife Donna Holtzman (Patrick) of Barton City, MI; his grandchildren, Landon, Ryker, Asher and Haiden; his father Edward G. Holtzman of Barton City, MI; and his siblings, Cindy Smith of Gaylord, MI, Anna Beck (Corey) of Hartland, MI and Michael Holtzman of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, nephews, and nieces.
