She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rifenbark and Mae Rifenbark (Paulsrud); her close friend Marvin Hart; and her siblings, Janet Ross, William "Buck" Rifenbark and Dennis Rifenbark.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Franklin (Lenny) and Elizabeth Rifenbark (Robert Card); her grandchildren, Terrin Clark, Sydney Franklin, Erica Tulgetske and Emery Tulgetske; her sisters, Karen Mogg and Liticia Norton; and her pet Jax. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
