He is survived by: his wife Susan Covert of Barryton; his children, Barb England of Barryton, Chuck Covert of Georgia, Janet Palmer (Dennis), Holli Kunzelman (George) of California, David Covert (Amber), Jessica Rottman (Nick) of Indiana, Jenna Iverson (Chad) of Lansing, Lyndi Root (Kyle) of Redford and Emily White (Scott) of East Lansing; his grandchildren, Pepper, Jeremy, Jessi, Ben, Jerrod, Andrea, Trevor, Grant, Brooke, Caleb, Shaelynn, Breanne, Leah, Mya, Kennedy, Vincent, Jonah and Elijah; his siblings, Gary Covert (Jewell) of Barryton and Darlene Stafford of Indiana; his sister-in-law Yvonne Covert of Georgia; and his pet Shadow. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, nine brothers-in-law; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
