He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jay and Neoma Ruth Sprague (Rhoads); and his siblings, Victor and Vonna. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sherman; his sons, Brian of Fairbanks, Scott (Elsa) of Midland and Aaron (Mary); his grandchild Maeve of Farwell; his son Dustin of Cadillac; and his siblings, Effie, John and Joanne.
