She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kowalski and Catherine Kowalski (Gozdecki); her former husband John B. Galus; her husband John H. Day; and her siblings, Louise Mihelich (Bill), Joe Kowalski (Bertha), Tom Kowalski, Jim Kowalski (Madelyn) and Tony Kowalski.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Godinez, John Galus (Vickie), Denise Milliken (Tony) and Her; her grandchildren, LaDonna Pilkerton (Charley), Melanie Ogrezovich, Tracy Quintanilla, Valerie Horton (Johnny), Jennifer Tryan (Kyle), Mary Milliken and Ezequiel Godinez (Claudia); her great grandchildren, Michael Blake, Samantha Flispart (Kevin), Caitlin Harris (Tyler), Tyler Vela (Sasha), Xavier Vela (Ellie), Hailey Duarte (Antonio), Juan Quintanilla, Kainan Miller, Emma Quintanilla and Kylie Soeder; her great great grandchildren, Cooper, Callum Vela, Layla and Antonio, Jr.; her sister Cecelia Bain; and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia and JoAnn Kowalski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
