He is survived by: his parents, Eldon Nitz and Lois Nitz (Tollas); his wife Carol Ann Marsh; his stepchildren, Charles Smith, Kevin Smith (Patricia), Megan Parkhurst (Charles), Ryan Smith (Angela) and Rachel Wilkey (Mark); and his brothers, Michael Nitz (Sandra), Bruce Nitz (Judy), Brian Nitz (Lorrie) and Dale Nitz (Billie). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
