He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Isom (Wagner). He is survived by: his father Rubin Isom of St. Joseph; his brother Frank Isom (Joe Reid) of Phoenix, AZ; his close friend Shelley Jasper of St. Joseph; his aunts, Nancy Wagner of St. Joseph, Sandy Merrill of Berrien Springs and Mary Bell Palmer; and his uncle Ron Wagner.

Memorial Donations in Mack's name may be made to Scottdale United Methodist Church, Interment Where Spring Run Cemetery.
