He is survived by: his former wife Jeanette Strefling (McNees); his children, Cheryl Schoenback, Michele MacPherson (Rick) and Denise VanSchaardenburg (Scott); his grandchildren, Maureen Pliley (Brad), Kristin, Allison Schoenback, Alexa, Anika VanSchaardenburg, Ian MacPherson and Ardee Faultersack; his great grandchild Aubree Pliley; and his sisters, Jeannette Kruse and Louise Reitz.
