He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Steinke and Christine Steinke (Sattelmaoer); his daughter Elaine Steinke; and his sister Kathleen Carter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Steinke; his son Jeff Steinke (Melinda); his grandchildren, Catherine Steinke, James Steinke, Emily Mee, Sarah Mee, Marissa Mantke and Matthew Jordan; and his pet Sammi.
