He is survived by: his wife Tammie Hendren; his children, Jade Smith (Nathan), Gage D'Agostino and Tracey Browne (Jeffrey); his siblings, Lania D'Agostino, Bret D'Agostino and Bart D'Agostino; and his pets, Roxie, Winston and Sebastian.
