He was predeceased by: his parents, Melton Cole and Peggy Cole (Tate); his brother David Wheat; and his stepmother Beverly Cole. He is survived by: his significant other Janice Elaine Guzicki; and his half-siblings, Mary McFellan (Atlee) of Galesburg, MI and Jim Eberwein of Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
