He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Nicely (Brandie) and Brittany Nicely-Gott (Daniel); his grandchildren, Kadyn Nicely and Izabella Nicely; his brothers, David Nicely (Cheryl), Robert Rosenthal (Linda) and Leroy Rosenthal (Ollie Jane); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Rosenthal, Pam Nicely and Joyce Nicely.
