It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Nitz of Baroda, Michigan, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chester Nitz to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Nitz and Hazel Nitz (Sorget); his wife Valeria Alice Belanger; his children, Monty Nitz, Vickie Nitz, Christine Getz (Robert), Jonathan Belanger, James Belanger (Julie) and Timothy Belanger (Julie); his siblings, Elaine Lochner, Kenneth Nitz (Ginger) and Larry Nitz (Ginny); and his sister-in-law Marge Nitz. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a expected great great grandchild.
