He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Gaffney and Ruhamah Gaffney (Haines). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Gaffney; his children, Sherman Gaffney (Amber), Tara Gaffney and Amber Gaffney; and his siblings, Andrew Gaffney, Michael Gaffney, Christopher Gaffney and Katrina Mason. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
