He was predeceased by: his parents, Erik Bergh and Bertha Bergh (Jakobsson); and his spouse Georgeann Mae Mustonen. He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Bergh of Bark River, Mona Bergh of Bark River and Lorna Prater of Manistique, MI; his grandchildren, Garret Prater and Alissa Hurley (Ben); and his great grandchild Kendall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to the Escanaba Salvation Army or a charity of their choice.
