She is survived by: her parents, Patti Hebert (Bob Sagataw) and Mike Ledford (Christy Herrild); her husband Justin Sarnowski; her children, JJ, Jaxtyn and Joslyn Sarnowski; her grandparents, Cindie Johnston, Jim, Judy Hebert, Ruth and Harold Ness; her sister Melissa Ledford (Brian Veeser); her son Mason Clark; and her cousin Travis Hebert. She is also survived by great aunts and uncles, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
