He is survived by: his son Michael Putala of Green Bay; his grandchildren, Dominic, Cody, Mickey, Marcos, Celeste and Carina; his siblings, Patricia of L'Anse and Steve of El Paso, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Lane, Daryl, Craig, Keith, Wilma and Lilly; and his great-nephew Jake.
