He is survived by: his parents, Sean Clark (Nicole) and Sarah Sarnowski (Ledford); his siblings, JJ, Jaxtyn (Joslyn Sarnowski), Addisyn (Alivia Blowers) and Phoebe Sarnowski; his grandparents, Susie, Mark Clark, Sr., Patti Hebert (Bob Sagataw) and Mike Ledford (Christy Herrild); his great-grandparents, Cindie Johnston, Jim, Judy Hebert, Ruth and Harry Ness; his aunts and uncles, Jesse Clark (Alex), Melissa Ledford, Patti Stevenson (Ryan) and Mark Clark, Jr.; and his cousin Travis Hebert. He is also survived by many great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
