He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ray and Violet Ray (Peterson); and his wife Bernice Gustafson. He is survived by: his children, Tom (Charlotte) of Bark River, Mark (Nancy) of Bark River, Ruth Ives (Don) of Bark River, Rick (Michelle) of Bark River and Jim (Janice) of Green Bay; his daughter-in-law Carole of Bark River; his grandchildren, Brian Ray (Jodi), Michael Ray, Diana Oman (David), Bethany Gearhart (Andrew), Brittany Dubord (Steve), Erin Ray, Rachelle Olson (Derek), Samantha Ray, Bradley Ives (Shelby), Michael Floyd and D. J. Malone; and his sister Bev. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
