He was predeceased by: his parents, Astred Johnson and Alvin Johnson (Ahlquist); his grandson Owen Johnson; and his brothers, Dale, Curtis and Wally.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Johnson of Bark River; his children, David Johnson of Schaffer, Mark Johnson (Lori) of Wilson and Sandy Bloniarz (Al) of Iron Mountain; his grandchildren, Ariel Bloniarz (Joey), Nick Johnson (Laura), Emily Johnson and Mitchell Johnson; his great grandchildren, Tiana Bloniarz, Brooke and Aubrey Johnson; and his sister-in-law Pat Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed to the family and a memorial will be established at a later date.
