He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl and Thelma Irene Cole (Briggs); and his brother Richard Cole. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Moncrief of Bark River; his children, Rusty Cole (Laurie) of Bark River and Sandy Nault (Mike) of Escanaba; his granddaughters, Brittany DuPont (Nick), Sierra Nault and Kaitlin Cole; and his siblings, Carroll "Onion" Cole and Tanis Parks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
