She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Kazanowski and Helen Kazanowski (Bryk); her husband Stan Salach; her sister Helen Douglass; and her aunt Gene.
She is survived by: her brother Stan Kowalcyk (Laurie); and her cousins, Mike and Dan Kwiatkowski.
