He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Vincent and Margaret Mary Urbanc (Heim) of Bark River, MI; his parents-in-law, Elmer and Eva Murray (Rivest) of Powers, MI; his brother James Jepson of Yuma, AZ; his granddaughter Krista Urbanc of Marquette, MI; and his niece Mary Theresa of Bark River, MI.
He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth A. Murray; his wife Betty; his sons, Todd Urbanc (Mary) of Bark River, MI, Mark Urbanc (Lisa) of Vulcan, MI, Dr. Michael Urbanc (Belle) of Elyria, OH, Dennis J. Urbanc Jr. (Suzette) of Hudson, FL, Robert Urbanc (Michelle) of Wilson, MI and Joseph Urbanc (Tiffany) of Phoenix; his grandchildren, Renee Stuible (Nick), Scott Urbanc (Emily), Melissa Krzych (Tim), Codey Urbanc (Austin), Tosha Wilkerson (Zachary), Michael "MJ" Urbanc Jr. and Trevor Urbanc; his great grandchildren, Ronni Stuible and Bryce Urbanc; his sisters, Sophia and Shirley Gagne (Ivan) of Gladstone, MI; and his sister-in-law Beverly Jepson of Yuma, AZ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Dennis has chosen cremation and will be laid to rest in Gardens of Rest Cemetery in Wells, MI with a memorial service to follow at a later date due to the current COVID-19 crisis.
