He is survived by: his children, Allen Doutree of Gladstone, Christine Mofield Alward of Flushing, MI, Brenda Gardiner (Bob) of Wilsonville, OR, Donna Dunlap (George) of Escanaba and Lisa Pascoe (Brian) of Wilsonville, OR; and his grandchildren, Jeff (Marie Mofield), Tom Dunlap, Traci Lantagne (Reggie), Andy (Karin), Brad (Sarah Doutree) and Jason (Heather Pascoe). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
