She is survived by: her husband Alan; her children, Meredith Janas (David), Amanda Strauss and Michael Strauss; her grandchildren, Tori Janas and Lexi Janas; and her sibling Jean Russo (Jim). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
