It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce G Putnam (Barbeau, Michigan), born in South Branch, Michigan, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Floyd Putnam and Goldie Putnam (Guilford); his brothers, DeLaine, Devere, Gerald and Gaius; and his stepson Edwin Slater.

He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughter Sandi Putnam Pemberton Sobczak; his stepchildren, Gretchen Pemberton (Richard), Gregory Freiberg, Jennifer Veenstra, Joel Freiberg (Amy Reda Freiberg), Dan Slater (Brenda) and Lori Slater Lutter; his grandsons, Jeremiah Pemberton (Sara) and Andrew Pemberton (Melissa); and his sister Gwendolyn Ford. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
