It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine Jane Kunick of Baraga, Michigan, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. John A Stroube and Betty Stroube (Beeler); and her husband Ernie. She is survived by: her son Jason Kile Kunick of Baraga, MI; her sisters, Rebecca Stroube of L'Anse, MI, Sara Stroube of Burleson, TX and Ginger Stroube (Bob Perreault) of Hancock, MI; her sisters-in-law, Ann Swartz of Baraga and Frances Chartier of Fremont, MI; and also Peta. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family suggest memorials in Kathe's memory be directed to the L'Anse Methodist Church.
