He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mills and Mary Mills (Morrison); his brother Robert Mills (Ed); and his siblings-in-law, Eileen Mills and Warren Carlen.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Mills (McMichael) of Aura; his sons, Douglas Mills (Cheryl) of Aura and Donald Mills (Barbara); his grandchildren, Rebecca Ketterhagen (Austin), Rachel Mills, Sarah Mills, Alexis Mills, Sydney Horn, Jillian Mills, Jeremy Niedbala and Craig Niedbala; his great grandchild Mia Horn; his grandchildren, Finley Mills, Sadie Ketterhagen, Alivia, Cooper and Sophia Niedbala; and his sister Nancy Carlen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
