It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George William Bolo Jr. of Baraga, Michigan, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Leona "Girlie" Bolo (Durant); his close friend Connie Ball of Baraga, MI; his father George Bolo Sr.; his sisters, Dianne McMahon (Jay) of Baraga, MI and Lynelle Bolo of Baraga, MI; his aunt Catherine "Nonie" Sanquist of Baraga, MI; his son Will Bolo (Ericka) of Hancock, MI; his grandchildren, Fay, Matthew, John, Isabelle and Aryana; his son Avery Perry of Ironwood, MI; his grandchild Kailah; his sons, Benjamin Bolo of Marquette, MI and Bradley Bolo Negaunee (Breanna); his pet Winston Bishop Bolo; and his nieces and nephews, Mitchell Bolo of Baraga, MI, Zachary Gougeon of Baraga, MI, Ariel Gougeon of Malta, NY, Rachel Clisch of Baraga, MI and Joshua Sutherland of San Diego, CA.. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
If anyone would like to bring a dish, food donations are greatly encouraged for the luncheon and can be dropped off at the American Legion the morning of.
