She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard P. Bashaw and Geraldine M. Bashaw (Fisher); and her husband Melvin. She is survived by: her sons, Brent Gingerich (Diane), Douglas Gingerich (Angela) and Kristopher Gingerich; and her siblings, Judy Ziaya (Stanely), Leonard "Bud" Bashaw (Cathy) and Jody Holland (Edward). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
