He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Nixon and Mary Nixon (Scriba); his brother John Nixon; his brother-in-law John Schlarf; his parents-in-law, Andrew and Mary Fabus; his brother Louis; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Kuchar.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Nixon of Cyril's Catholic Church; his children, Cindy (Paul Bolanowiski), Jim (Kim Nixon), Sue (Mitch Irish), Patty (Chet Atkins), Bob (Kelley Nixon) and Pam (Jason Grieder); his grandchildren, Cody, Nikki Nixon, Kaleigh Atkins, Porscha, Nick Wilson, Austin Nixon, Zackary, Brandon Grieder, Kylie Atkins and Mercades Grieder; his great grandchildren, Cole, Grace Nixon and Jaxson Wilson; his siblings, Ralph, Carol Nixon and Mary Ann Schlarf; and his sister-in-law Andrea Clark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
