She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Grace Lee Shepherd (Lair); her grandson Jeremy Klees; and her siblings, Clarence Shepherd, Dean Shepherd, Arden Shepherd, Erma Kochensparger and Beulah Whaley.

She is survived by: her husband Edward Evans; her children, Pamela Klees (Joseph) of Crystal, Annette Billings of Bannister, Thomas Billings (Olivia) of Alma, Lucinda Sheltrown of Ithaca, Sandra White (Jeff) of Fulton, NY, Deanna Simmet (Bradley) of Ithaca and William Billings (Caroline) of Elsie; her stepdaughters, Deena Haley (Ken) of Brighton and Mary Jacobsen (Mark) of Holt; and her grandchildren, Brandy, Jason, Andrea, Michelle, Rachel, Ryan, Joshua, Katelyn, Justin, Cody, Brandon, Breena, Bradley, Jacob, Brady, Veronica, Joseph, Jeri Lyn, Camille, Maeve, Allison and Madelynn. She is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and many special nieces and nephews.
