Douglas Skaryd Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Skaryd (Bannister, Michigan), who passed away on May 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Skaryd and Beulah Skaryd (Bovee); his grandson Jacob Ryan Skaryd; and his sisters, Lillian Luckhardt and Shirley Hofferbert (Bruce).

He is survived by: his wife Toni Jeanne Thayer; his children, Jami Skaryd of Mason, Jodi Deming (Frank) of Bannister and Joe Skaryd (Tonya Gillespie) of Bannister; his grandchildren, Frankie Douglas Deming (Sheila), Tyler Joe Skaryd, Joey Douglas Skaryd, BreAnna Jeanne Johnston (Randy), Devon Leslie Skaryd and Renegade Louise Skaryd; his great grandchildren, Chandler Grace Deming and Quinley Mae Johnston; and his brother Jim Skaryd (Joyce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
