It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Joe Wassa of Bannister, Michigan, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wassa and Pauline Wassa (Dunay); his wife Helen Elizabeth Cords; and his siblings, James Wassa (Mary Jane), Frank Wassa and Mary Jane McNutt.
He is survived by: his son Joe Wassa (Mary) of McMillan, MI; his brother Stanley Wassa (Millie); and his brother-in-law James McNutt. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, a great-great grandson.
