He was predeceased by: his father William B. Novak; and his sister Cathrine Novak. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Novak (Cutlip) of Bangor; his daughter Niki Murphy of Bangor; his grandson Castiel; and his siblings, Nelson Cutlip of Bangor, Jack Cutlip of Bangor and Stacey VanBeek of Benton Harbor. He is also survived by several nieces and cousins.
The family suggests memorials be made to help the family or to a charity in his name.
