She was predeceased by: her father Victor Sedlak; and her siblings, Steve Sedlak and Nicole Sedlak. She is survived by: her mother Rose Sedlak (Sanders) of Bangor; her children, Brian Hembree of Cleveland, TN and Shannon Dade of Fletcher, NC; her grandson Xander Dade; and her brother Scott Sedlak (Kimberly) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
