She was predeceased by: her former husband Butch Quakenbush; her daughter Shelly; and her boyfriend Ray Eisner. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Poulin (Jennifer) of SanDiego, CA and David Southard. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; great grandchildren; a sister; 2 brothers; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
