He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Provost of Bangor and Patricia Provost (John Meister) of South Haven; his nieces and nephews, Barb Dickinson, Sue Haney, Tom White and Tim White; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, JoLynn Wohlfert, Deb Meyers, Cheryl Warren and Gwen Hill.
