She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Darling and Alberta Darling (Gardner); her husband Otto; her children, Douglas Watkins (Annette) of Bangor, Karen Shafer (Joe) of Bangor, Kelly Weber of Bangor and Jamie Watkins of Kalamazoo; her siblings, Marilyn Troff of New Mexico, Phyllis Alexander of South Dakota, Duane Darling (Gini) of Bangor and Edward Darling of Delaware; her son Patrick Watkins; and her sister Francis Bierhalter. She was also cherished by 21 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren.
