He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Popp and Myrtle Popp (Skinner); his siblings, Reva Kuhn (Paul) and Norman Popp (Lillian); and his son Steven Popp.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Ann Grimes; his children, Sherry Clouse of Bangor, Jeff Popp (Joyce) of Bangor and Bonnie Lobdell (Dave) of South Haven; and his grandson Daren Clouse (Hannah). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
