He was predeceased by: his parents, George Calkins and Evelyn Calkins; his wife Caroline Calkins; and his brother Glenn Donald Calkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Calkins Davis Davis (Thomas), Ann Wink (George) and Bobbi Calkins; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Davis, Ashley Hamons of George, Jason Wink, Jeremy Wink, Kelsey Marie Gillies, Richard Gillies, Dakota Conant, Dylan Conant, Alaina Conant, Carson Conant and Grace Conant; and his siblings, Cecile Lanier (Carl) and Leon Charles Calkins (Frances). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
