He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Bill" Meachum; and his grandfathers, Roy Edward Olsen and Charles James Meachum. He is survived by: his mother Renee Lute (Olsen); his wife Tasha Meachum; his daughters, Clara Meachum and Hailey Meachum of South Bend, Indiana; his stepfather Dennis Lute of South Haven; his siblings, Chad Meachum (Megan) of South Haven and Kelly Meachum of Millburg, Michigan; his grandmothers, Ruby Olsen of South Haven and Arletta Meachum of Hartford; and his father-in-law Dan Guritz of Paw Paw.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Meachum family for Clara's future support.
