He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Debra Stoops (Dean), Timothy Wardlaw (Dee), Teresa Collins (Dennis), Deanna Appel (Paul) and Tamara Bainter (Mark); his stepchildren, Terry Carothers (Patrick), Bonnie Mann (Alvin), Connie Queen (Pete) and Kimberly Bleeker (Robert); and his sister Virginia Pitale. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great, and great-great grandchildren.
