It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Learned (Bangor, Michigan), born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Higgins and Nellie Higgins (Thompson); her son Kevin Higgins; and her siblings, Tom Higgins, Sr. and Pat Eich.
She is survived by: her sons, James Higgins (Sheri) of Ottawa, Matthew Viner of Kalamazoo, MI and Jerome Hauck of Peoria; her grandchildren, Ashley Smith (Nate) and Kelsey Hughes (William); and her brothers, Allen Higgins, Jr. of Ottawa, Patrick Higgins of Ottawa and Stanley Higgins (Rose) of Ottawa.
