She is survived by: her children, Bob Sefcik (Gabrielle) of Covert and Lori Hernandez of Dallas; her sister Raeann Waite of Rockford; her grandchildren, Jessica Follman (Ryan), Ryan Sefcik (Amber) and Gage Sefcik; and her great grandchildren, Evan, Grant, Gabrielle Follman, JT Posey and Paisley Sefcik.
