He is survived by: his children, Shannon Newcomb, Jamie Sirrine and Duncan Newcomb Jr. (Jessica); his stepchildren, Jennifer Zordan (Mike), Tonja Rigoni (Rob Terveen), Dan (Erin) and Tony Rigoni (Joyce Johnson); his grandchildren, Kyle Rigoni, Alexandra Newcomb, Samantha Zordan, Joshua Zordan, Felicity Crall, Kabe Alleman, Gage Alleman, Aryanna Crall, Jason Crall Jr., McKena Terveen, Jack Terveen, Jerzie Newcomb, Chloe Sirrine, Emilee Newcomb, Ryann Brewster, Brae Newcomb, Mahkayla Sirrine, Cindy Newcomb, Levi Newcomb Jr., Indie Holliday and Jmya Holliday; and his siblings, Maryetta Crouch, Starlena Claggett, Annamae Tuck and Edward Newcomb. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
