It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doria L. Hessey of Bangor, Michigan, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doria L. Hessey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Carpenter and Marjorie Carpenter (Woodley); her brothers, Richard and Douglas Carpenter; and her stepmother Mertie Carpenter.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn; her children, Dennis Hessey (Carol) of Bangor, Marcia Hansen (Andy) of Webb City, MO, Peggy Harden (Robert) of Bangor and Robin Peck (Daniel); her grandchildren, Jason Hessey (Melissa), Bryce Hansen (Julie), Tina Hill (Doug), Jeremy Hansen, James "Dusty" Harden, Joe Harden (Brittany) and Kyle LaMore (Mackinzie); and her sister Patricia Buck. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Caring Circle Hospice, of South Haven or to the Bangor Church of Christ.
