She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Swiecki and Rose Swiecki (Wawerczyk); her pet Dottie; her husband Andre Day; and her children, Michael Pierritz of Chicago, Cheri Hensley of Chicago, Lee Pierritz (Kristy) of Bloomingdale and Richard Blackburn (Karen) of Hartford. She was also cherished by great grandchildren.
