He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Kelly and Dorothy Kelly (Burton); and his wife Wilma Kelly. He is survived by: his son David Ramsey (Kim); his grandchildren, Charles Kelly of Dorr, Billie Kelly of Holland, Kathy Moore (Shannon) of Bangor, James Kelly (Ana) of Bloomingdale and Brian Kelly (Kim) of Allegan; and his siblings, Francis Bishop of Paragould, AR and Bob Kelly of Elkhart, IN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
